Shipping and Handling
lailarowe.com ships to all fifty United States via UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.
If you need delivery by a specific date, please call email us at info@lailarowe.com.

Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). The following rates apply to the continental United States only.


Standard Delivery
$10.00* - standard ground shipments.
Orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization. All standard deliveries are shipped by UPS Ground service.
Therefore, items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
*We reserve the right to increase the cost for shipments over 5 lbs.


Express Shipping
$17.00 - 2nd Day Air
$24.00 - Next Day Air
Please allow up to two full business days when requesting priority shipping for handling. If you need delivery by a specific date please email us at info@lailarowe.com.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
We want you to be 100% satisfied. All we ask is that you fill out this form, enclose it in your return package and mark your order # on the outside of the box. We prefer to receive returns within 14 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. And it is always a good idea to send it back in the same carton it came in and your return must include the original Returns Sales Receipt. A return/exchange or even exchange does not serve as an original receipt. Refunds are based on the current selling price.


Returns without an original sales receipt:
A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued for all returns without a sales receipt for items bought online.

Sale/Clearance Item Returns:
All Sale/Clearance items purchased online may be returned for Exchange or store credit only within 14 days after the invoice date. Credits will be based on the current selling price.
